All prices below may be subject to discounts based on whether you are a resident of Probus Parish, your group is a charity/not for profit or you are a partner organisation.
Individual Rooms
The Hub @ PVH: £6.00 per hour (£64.00 all day)
Committee Room: £8.75 per hour (£122.50 all day)
Main Hall: £9.50 per hour (£133.00 all day)
All prices above include 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after to allow for setup/clear down which is included free of charge.
Multiple Areas
Committee Room, Main Hall and Kitchen exclusive use: £18.25 per hour (£255.50 all day)
- Chairs & folding tables provided
- Exclusive use of kitchen available at no additional cost
- Audio Visual equipment available
- Level access in all rooms & disabled toilet
- Free WiFi available to all groups
Deposits
Please note that for full day bookings for parties / events we require a £100.00 deposit to cover breakages, damages and extra cleaning if required. For children’s daytime parties we require a refundable £50.00 deposit.
Please Note:
We kindly request that payment be made no later than 14 days after invoice date
Any long term block bookings are subject to regular review by the Hall committee
Our day rates are for 8 hours. Any additional hours are charged at the hourly rate
We plan to hold these rates through to April 2023 but reserve the right to change them.
